Alarms going off at 1:30AM and didn’t stop until 2:00AM, guests sitting in lobby with young children at this time during FALSE alarms going off, harassing security.
where do I begin? Worst experience ever!!!!! Customer Service is terrible, rude, and does not accommodate guests.
